Unquie dragons such as High Occult Titan will always be a tier higher than its actual tier due to obvious advantages. Any dragon with a wind defensive will have their tier reduced. Similar to PLP elements any dragon contain this element will get its potential slots reduced accordingly to match its actual potential. Wind is an element that has 1 potential slot per element. If a dragon contains 1 or more of these 3 elements, their 8 potential slots will get reduced accordingly to match with its actual potential. PLP elements: Pure, Legend, Primal are elements that have 1 potential slot per element. Afterward, other aspects will be judged to add or reduce their tier later. If a dragon has all 4 of these elements, they will be primarily judged on how many crittable elements met with the initial 8 potential slots. Normal Elements: Fire, Water, Earth, War, Ice, Metal, Electric, Nature, Dark, Light are elements that have 2 potential damage slots per element. They are based on a formulated system of many aspects taken into account such as base/defending element, PLP coverage (Pure-Legend-Primal), W (Wind) coverage and condition, No weakness coverage, and uniqueness (for dragon such as Heroic Titan).
